Acceptance of these terms.
By creating an account or using Veltrace in any way, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the service.
Veltrace is operated by BB/aH Labs Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales. References to "Veltrace", "we", "us", or "our" in these terms refer to BB/aH Labs Ltd.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and BB/aH Labs Ltd. If you are using Veltrace on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organisation to these terms.
What Veltrace provides.
Veltrace is a creator intelligence platform that aggregates publicly available data from YouTube, Twitch, and other platforms to produce a Momentum Score for individual content creators. Scores are updated daily and made available through a web dashboard.
All data is sourced from official public APIs and reflects information that is already publicly visible on those platforms. Veltrace does not access any private or non-public creator data.
Informational purpose only. Veltrace data is provided for informational and research purposes. It does not constitute investment advice, talent agency advice, or any form of professional recommendation. You are solely responsible for any decisions you make based on information provided by Veltrace.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. Where practical, we will give reasonable notice of material changes.
Subscription terms.
Veltrace is a subscription service billed monthly in advance. By starting a paid subscription you authorise BB/aH Labs Ltd to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel.

All prices are shown in GBP and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. Prices may change with 30 days' written notice. Price changes will not apply to your current billing period.
Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details are never stored on Veltrace servers. By subscribing you also agree to Stripe's terms.
Free accounts
A free account gives access to a limited leaderboard view (up to five creators). No payment details are required to create a free account.
Cancellation policy.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by emailing hello@veltrace.co.uk. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you retain full access until then.
No refunds for partial months. We do not issue refunds for the unused portion of a billing period. If you cancel mid-month, your subscription remains active until the period ends and you will not be charged again after that.
If you believe you have been charged in error, contact us within 14 days of the charge at hello@veltrace.co.uk and we will investigate promptly.
BB/aH Labs Ltd reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account for non-payment or breach of these terms. In cases of termination for breach, no refund will be issued for the remaining billing period.
Downgrading your plan
You may downgrade to a lower-tier plan at any time. The downgrade takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle. Features associated with the higher plan remain available until the end of the current period.
Account deletion
Deleting your account cancels your subscription immediately. You will lose access to your dashboard, watchlists, and saved preferences. Score data associated with your account will be deleted within 30 days. See our Privacy Policy for full details on data retention.
What you may and may not do.
You may use Veltrace for lawful professional or personal research into creator performance. You may share individual scores and insights with colleagues in the ordinary course of your work, provided you attribute the data to Veltrace.
The following are prohibited:
- Automated scraping or bulk export — using scripts, bots, crawlers, or any automated means to extract data from Veltrace without written permission.
- Redistribution or resale — selling, licensing, sublicensing, or publicly republishing Veltrace data or scores as a standalone product or data feed.
- Credential sharing — sharing your account login with others outside your organisation, or creating accounts on behalf of third parties without authorisation.
- Reverse engineering — attempting to decompile, reverse engineer, or extract the scoring algorithm or any proprietary methodology from Veltrace.
- Interference with the service — transmitting malware, denial-of-service attacks, or any action that disrupts, degrades, or overburdens Veltrace infrastructure.
- Misleading attribution — presenting Veltrace data in a way that misrepresents its source, accuracy, or the nature of the underlying methodology.
- Unlawful use — using Veltrace in violation of any applicable law or regulation, including data protection laws.
Breach of these acceptable use provisions may result in immediate account suspension without refund. We reserve the right to pursue legal remedies where appropriate.
Intellectual property.
All content, design, software, scoring methodology, and proprietary data compilations on Veltrace are the intellectual property of BB/aH Labs Ltd or its licensors. Nothing in these terms transfers any ownership of that IP to you.
Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use Veltrace for the purposes described in these terms. That licence ends when your subscription ends or your account is terminated.
The underlying creator data (subscriber counts, view counts, etc.) is owned by the respective platforms (YouTube, Twitch) and their users. Veltrace's proprietary interest is in the scoring algorithm, derived scores, and the platform itself.
Limitation of liability.
Veltrace is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose of any data or scores provided.
Platform API data may be delayed, incomplete, or unavailable due to factors outside our control. Scores may not reflect real-time creator performance and should not be the sole basis for any business, financial, or contractual decision.
No liability for decisions. BB/aH Labs Ltd is not liable for any loss, damage, or expense — direct, indirect, or consequential — arising from decisions made on the basis of Veltrace data or scores. This includes but is not limited to talent signing decisions, commercial negotiations, or investment choices.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms or your use of Veltrace shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to BB/aH Labs Ltd in the three months immediately preceding the claim.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability for: death or personal injury caused by negligence; fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
Service availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We are not liable for losses caused by service downtime, maintenance windows, or third-party API outages (YouTube, Twitch, Stripe, Supabase, Netlify).
Governing law.
These terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes) are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
You and BB/aH Labs Ltd irrevocably agree that the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any such dispute or claim.
Changes to these terms.
We may update these terms from time to time. When we make material changes we will update the "Last updated" date above and notify you by email at least 14 days before the changes take effect.
If you continue to use Veltrace after updated terms take effect, you accept the revised terms. If you do not agree to a material change, you may cancel your subscription before the effective date and receive no further charges.
